GOAL OF THE POSITION This is a customer facing role and its prime objective is to act as the primary contact for a wide variety of aspects of the sales process, in order to contribute to the realization of the sales objectives of the team. FORMAL PRE-REQUISITES FOR THE POSITION \xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 years working experience in sales/customer service department. \xc2\xb7 Minimum GCE O Level / SPM with pass in English and Mathematics \xc2\xb7 Good Computer Skills (MS Office \xe2\x80\x93 Intermediate) \xc2\xb7 Customer-oriented thinking and acting \xc2\xb7 Attention to details \xc2\xb7 Sense of initiative \xc2\xb7 Must be willing to learn \xc2\xb7 Strong Team play \xc2\xb7 Able to work independently \xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a fast paced environment \xc2\xb7 Good communication and Interpersonal skills RESULT AREAS/CORE ACTIVITIES Daily operational tasks includes but not limited to: \xc2\xb7 Assist team lead in meeting sales targets and KPIs \xc2\xb7 In charge of generating sales quotations and processing customer\xe2\x80\x99s PO \xc2\xb7 Assist in chasing for outstanding payments \xc2\xb7 Be the primary contact to customers for all matters related to test services, questions, queries with regard to invoices, complaints, reports, etc. \xc2\xb7 React promptly to incoming calls, e-mails, enquiries, etc. \xc2\xb7 Take initiative to obtain and follow up on the most up-to-date info with other departments \xc2\xb7 Collaborate constructively and communicate with all departments within the Company \xc2\xb7 Systematic and timely processing of the requests \xc2\xb7 Consult with Senior and the respective HODs on special requests from the customers If you feel that this role and responsibilities fit your career aspiration, please send us your CV.
