Perform data entry for sales order processing of products and equipment.
Prepare sales related documentation & reports.
Handle customer enquiries and correspondences on order enquiries and delivery.
Liaise with various departments on production planning and delivery issues.
General customer support on complaints, technical product & letter of credit matters.
Prepare and arrange sending of sales documents, promotion materials & samples.
General administrative duties as and when required.
Job Requirements:
Minimum O'Level/A'Level or Diploma in Business or relevant discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
Good communication skills.
Proficiency in Chinese will be an advantage to communicate with Chinese-speaking counterparts.
