Job Description

Responsibilities:



Handle incoming customer inquiries for different brands (via website, email, WhatsApp, etc). Prepare accurate and timely quotations using our in-house calculator & templates Planning and scheduling of deliveries Communicate with customers, production, and design teams to ensure smooth and timely completion of print jobs while maximising efficiency Assist with resource planning and project prioritisation across different departments. Support other departments with ad-hoc tasks when required

Requirements:



Comfortable working with numbers, especially in calculating costs and quotations. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Comfortable handling sales, customer service, and administrative work. Demonstrates strong independence and accountability. Patient and level-headed, even with difficult customers. Willing to learn new skills, processes, and software. Proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is a bonus for dealing with mandarin-speaking clients. Prior experience in printing industry OR knowledge of printing materials/processes will be a strong plus

Other Information:



Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30AM-6.30PM * Working Location: Bukit Batok, Singapore
