Sales Administrative Officer/ Sales Administrative Executive (Trading Department)
Working day& hours: Monday -Thursday, 8am-6pm and Friday, 8am-5pm (44 hours)
Salary Range: $2200-3500
Location: Benoi Road
Company transport is provided from Sengkang, Jurong East and Boon Lay.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Co-ordinate with other departments, suppliers and customers to arrange the delivery according to customer PO and delivery instruction
- Prepare Delivery Orders and Invoices to customer
- Issue Purchase Orders to suppliers
- Update inventory record and project delivery record.
- Maintain all documentation for future traceability
- Other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time
- A good dynamic team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- SAP knowledge would be an advantage
- Good communication, planning and organization skills -
