Job Description

• Working Days: 5 Days (Mon - Fri)

Working Hours (Fixed Flexi): 8am - 5.30pm / 8.30am - 6pm / 9am - 6.30pm
Office: Tuas West Road
Salary: $ 1,800 - $ 2,300Responsibilities:

• Manage order processing and input data accurately into relevant software / programs.
• Conduct thorough verification checks to ensure the accuracy of entered data before forwarding orders to the Production Department.
• Maintain an organised filing system for all paperwork utilised in data entry processes to preserve records of original documents.
• Offer administrative assistance and undertake additional tasks as required.

Requirements:

• ITE Higher Nitec, equivalent.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant working experiences.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with using various software and programs.
• Candidates able to commence work on short notice are preferred.
