You'll play a crucial role in managing customer orders, building strong relationships, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination & Order Management:

Efficiently process customer inquiries, quotes, and orders. Collaborate with logistics and warehousing for timely deliveries. Proactively track orders and address customer questions.

Customer Success & Relationship Building:

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Assist in preparing competitive quotes and technical documents. Follow up on quotes to drive sales conversions. Provide good after-sales support to foster loyalty.

Supplier Management & Procurement:

Liaise with suppliers, issue purchase orders, and coordinate purchases. Research and identify new suppliers as needed, comparing options.

Skills and Qualifications:

Essential:

Diploma in Engineering, Business, or Science (or relevant experience with ITE/GCE N/O/A Levels). Strong proficiency in IT productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace) and spreadsheets. Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Positive team player with a willingness to learn and grow.

Desirable:

Experience in the engineering industry. Familiarity with SAP software.
