Communicate with clients through phone, email, or fax regarding project-related matters.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client\'s procurement team, handling spare parts and supervisor requirements.
Act as the dedicated account manager for assigned clients.
Review the terms and conditions of commercial contracts.
Prepare both technical and commercial quotes and purchase orders (PO).
Ensure adherence to established rules for determining margins and other considerations.
Proactively collaborate with customers, vendors, procurement, and engineering departments to generate quotations.
Organize and participate in meetings with in-house engineers and sales personnel.
Coordinate with clients and the accounts team to ensure the timely creation and processing of invoices, while also monitoring invoice tracking and timely payments.
Provide timely reports on business activities and sales forecasts to the business group.
Maintain comprehensive records of technical correspondence, equipment histories, changes, and upgrades.
Input data and oversee project records and files, primarily in electronic format but also including hard copies.
Assist group leaders in carrying out administrative tasks, including record-keeping, note-taking, providing Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and organizing travel arrangements.
Job Requirement:
Minimum technical diploma or degree in mechanical or related
Fresh pass out or 1-2 year experience in terms of sales activity (preparing proposals, profit calculation, etc.) would be plus point.
Experienced in client handling.
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Computer skills mainly in MS Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Open mindset to creating innovative ideas, challenging existing procedures
Multi-task ability, and constant attitude for report to manager/HOD promptly Mature and Customer-oriented
Ability to multi-task and work independently
