They are known to be the preferred go-to partner for numerous top firms - spanning across industries, sizes, and purposes as the ideal supply chain partner.The team is looking for a Sales Administrator who will be responsible for order fulfillment, stakeholder management and overall operations.The Job:
Handle and manage order processing activities such as PO, SO, DO, and invoices via the internal system.
Process and enter incoming shipment details with logistic providers.
Collaborate with logistics providers to ensure on-time shipment.
To be the main contact point for internal and external customers/suppliers/logistics companies.
Ensure system information is updated and assist in ensuring smooth daily operations.
The Talent:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination/administration.
Independent, collaborative, with good service mindset.
