Job Description

Responsibilities



Efficiently process customer inquiries by issuing quotations, sales order and delivery order. Accurately enter and process sales orders into our system, ensuring all details are correct. Liaise with suppliers (factories in China), issue purchases orders and coordinate purchases to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers. Monitor delivery/shipping schedule for timely deliveries, for both local and overseas deliveries. Follow up on outstanding sales and purchase orders. Proactively track orders. Provide general administrative and coordination support to the sales team.



Job Requirements



Minimum qualification required: Nitec (ITE) and/or GCE 'O' Level. Proficiency in English and with the ability to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers in China. A reliable team player who is also able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. * Some experience with SAP or similar system (preferred)
