Responsibilities
  • Prepare paperwork for new/used car registrations
  • Assist in Bi-weekly COE Bidding Exercise
  • Prepare receipt and customers\xe2\x80\x99 handover pack to the sales team
  • Prepare job card for preparation of new cars
  • Handle renewal of Road Tax for company cars
  • Prepare various sales report for sales managers
  • Perform data entry and documents processing
  • Provide administrative support to the sales department
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Level with 1 year of relevant experience
  • Able to multitask and work independently
  • A meticulous person and a team player
  • Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in MS Office
