The Job

  • 1 year contract
  • To support sales for order processing, monitoring, and liaising with operations team.
  • To follow up delivery update from respective factories
  • Monitor payment and delivery with Distributors / Master Dealers
  • Checking of Distributors / Master Dealers on Monthly PSI report to update actual sales.
  • Input payment request and non-trade invoice billing
  • Updating of monthly reports for sales / order received records
  • Perform other administration duties assigned by superior
  • Handle shipping documents
  • Flexible to take on other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements
  • Min Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years\' relevant working experience
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent and good team player
  • Have good knowledge in Microsoft Words, Excel, etc.
  • Able to perform OT when required
  • Working location: West (Pioneer Crescent)
