Sales Administrator (API Product) - Singapore based

As a Sales Admin, you\'ll provide the necessary support to our regional sales team, aim to resolve some internal operations system work to help the field sales and engineers.

What you\'ll do

• Support admin activities requiring coordination across multiple teams (Finance, operations, partner, legal and engineer teams) in the organization
• Data collection for internal ticketing system
• Support and follow up for SEA & China clients and partners invoices, purchase orders if there are billing or pricing issues.
• Vendor forms for new clients onboarding / documentation.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Mandarin and English
• Ability to tackle tough problems with a solution-oriented mindset
• Resourceful, proactive, and adaptive in dealing with operational hurdles
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining overall team goals

What\'s Required For Application

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin, as this candidate is expected to liaise with Chinese stakeholders and few SEA countries.
• Singaporean or Singapore PR
• Prior experience with JIRA, G-suite is a plus
• 1+ years of work experience in administrative role is a plus
• With IT industry background is a plus
