Job Description

Job Responsibilities



Work closely with Sales Managers to support customer needs and respond to enquiries Review and analyze tender documents and requirements before submission Prepare quotations, cost estimates, BOQ, MTO, and other tender-related documents Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors for technical support and negotiations Track and follow up on the status of tenders, quotations, and proposals

Job Requirements



Diploma in any discipline. Entry level. Candidates will no relevant experience are welcome to apply. Familiar with ACMV / HVAC System, especially BMS Understanding in local construction projects will be added advantage Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills



Work Location

:


Senoko. Company transport provided at Admiralty and Sengkang MRT
