Job Description

• Position: Sales Admin
• Location: Boon Lay (Near MRT)
• Working hours: Mon-Fri with 1 Saturday duty per month. OT pay will be given for Saturday (due to marine industry demand)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 + AWS + Mobile Allowance + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Fire Protection

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage daily sales leads from various channels such as email enquiries, e-commerce platforms, phone and walk-in customers.
• Coordinate servicing and delivery tasks with other colleagues.
• Manage daily sales related support tasks such as paperwork filing.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
• At least Nitec/ITE and 1 year of relevant working experience as a Sales Admin or Admin Assistant/Executive.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
