We are a jewelry wholesaler seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves both retail sales and administrative coordination, including communication with our overseas factories in China and Hong Kong, as well as handling import and export documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product information, styling advice and sales support
Coordinate with factories and suppliers in China and Hong Kong for productions and orders.
Handle import/export documentation, including licensing and shipment coordination.
Manage email correspondence and data entry related to stock, sales and logistics.
Maintain and arrange jewelry displays attractively and securely
Process sales transactions accurately and assist in inventory management.
Ensure the store remains clean, organized and presentable at all times
Support Management in any other administrative or operational duties as required.
Qualification
Previous retail or sales experience, preferable in jewelry or luxury goods.
Candidates without experience are welcome to apply - training will be provided.
Strong administrative and coordination skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in basic computer application. (Microsoft Office, email, data entry).
Detail-oriented, responsible and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends/public holiday.
