Role Description



This is a

full-time, on-site role

for a

Sales Advisor

focused on

landed residential projects

. You will be the first point of contact for prospective homeowners, advising them on the

design and build possibilities

of their landed properties.

Your role involves

understanding client needs

, assessing site potential, and proposing tailored solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and feasibility. You'll guide clients through the early stages of planning, helping them understand

construction options, timelines, budgets,

and

regulatory requirements

, while ensuring a smooth handover to the design and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities



Serve as the

first point of contact

for prospective clients exploring design and build options for their landed homes. Conduct

site visits and feasibility assessments

to evaluate renovation or rebuild potential. Understand and interpret

client needs and lifestyle preferences

to propose customized design and construction solutions. Collaborate with internal

design and technical teams

to develop preliminary concepts and proposals. Advise clients on

construction timelines, budget estimates, and regulatory considerations

. Provide guidance on

materials, structural options, and build methodologies

to support client decisions. Ensure all proposed solutions align with

URA, BCA,

and other relevant regulatory requirements. Build trust and rapport with clients through

clear communication, professionalism,

and

thoughtful recommendations

. Prepare documentation and handover briefs for smooth transition to the

design and construction teams

.

Qualifications



Proven experience in

residential renovation, construction sales,

or

design and build consultancy

, preferably for landed homes. Strong understanding of

architectural design principles, space planning,

and

build feasibility

. Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

, with the ability to engage and advise clients effectively. Familiarity with

Singapore's building codes, URA guidelines,

and

BCA regulations

. Ability to conduct

site assessments

and translate client needs into actionable proposals. Proficiency in

construction or design management tools

(e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project). Bachelor's degree in

Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Business,

or a related field is preferred. Strong

problem-solving skills, attention to detail,

and ability to manage multiple client consultations simultaneously.
