Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial support to the manager in sales department- Order processing focus in India market- Generate all documents for sales department (quotation, sales order, invoices, delivery order, statement of assurance for Singapore Products, Ringi-sho, internal & external PO for local purchase, etc)
- Able to work independently to manage shipping and documentation from Japan, Singapore and China to any India port.
- Skill at managing LC negotiation after shipment
- Monitoring and updating of customer payment
- Arrange machine delivery for customer
- Assist in coordination of Company's Open House
- Any other duties as assigned by the managerJob Requirement:- Min Diploma in Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Knowledge of Letter of Credit processing & negotiation
- Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office
