The Role
Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies. Researching prospects and generating leads. Develop rapport with customers and build positive brand loyalty. Provide product knowledge and demonstration. Provide post-sale customer service and follow up on leads. Manage day-to-day showroom operations, including upkeeping of showroom and customer service at the showroom. Support e-commerce order fulfillment activities. Process sales orders including stock checking, order creation, and packing for dispatch. Manage incoming calls for sales and product-related inquiries on multiple communication channels. Work closely with internal departments to streamline processes to resolve customer issues. Contribute ideas and strategies to further develop the business and establish a strong client base. May be required to work one weekend day on a rotational basis when there are in-house seminars or workshops.
Requirements
Min O/A Level Relevant sales and customer service experience, preferably B2B. Prior experience in the beauty industry (ie. lashes, nails, spas, hair salons, etc.) will be advantageous but not a must. Thrives in a rapidly evolving start-up environment without a complete support system but plenty of room for autonomy and opportunities to explore and discover your niche. Pleasant and courteous with good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to juggle priorities and manage time effectively. Independent, resourceful, self-starter, and a team player with positive energy. Possess good work ethics and professional integrity. Intermediate PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft apps. Conversant in English and Mandarin.
