We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales & Digital Marketing Assistant to help us build up our business marketing and sales activities in the Chinese Market, meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will work with the Chief Marketing Officer (Sales & Digital Marketing) and assist in responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new marketing and sales initiatives, following up with sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent marketing and communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through digital resources and phone, we’d like to meet you. We have our eye out for a candidate with passion for marketing and sales, an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. A top-notch Sales & Digital Marketing Assistant should be able to build up our digital marketing portfolio and build rapport with customers and close sales. Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating engaging content and professional product presentations that aim to establish viewer's engagement and interest in following, buying and awareness of products, brands and platform.
• You will be supporting in the area of Social Media and Live Streaming administration, exposing you to more business opportunities and development.
• You will earn a supporting basic pay or an attractive commission, whichever is higher, no limit.
• Plan and create content and script, product presentation and programme flow for live streaming.
• Drive traffic and engagement through interacting with viewers, presenting products and services, attending to queries and lead the overall flow of the live stream in a brisk and lively mode.
• Work with supporting colleagues to prepare products/ services for live streaming by labelling & learning its' price, availability, quantity, variants, product knowledge and other worth-mentioning details.
• Ensure confirmed orders are packed accordingly for delivery.
• Willing to perform other related duties and coordination work.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
• Must be proficient in Mandarin.
• Experienced in Little Red Book (Xiao Hong Shu) & Facebook Live Streaming and Selling.
• Expect to start low if you have no experience at all or just started out as an amateur.
• We will provide training and support in order for you to learn and grow in skill and sales, thereafter you will be provided with more opportunities and income.
• Experienced and understanding in retail, willing to learn new skills, new & different products.
• Ability to plan and create content and script, present product and lead programme flow of live streaming in an interactive manner, brisk and lively mode.
• Confident and presentable, with good, positive and likeable attitude.
• Organized, reliable, with good self-management skills.
• Always strive to achieve targets, improve viewers' engagement and experience.
• Willing to work at retail hours, night shift, weekends, public holidays.
• You will be expected to do other related work when not streaming, closely related.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, achieving as a team, sharing successes and growth together.
