Job Description


ROLE: Provide sales and marketing support for Personal Home and Health Care in Southeast Asia to ensure effective and efficient operations. \ RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Support:

  • Run sales report from BOBJ
  • Input pricing for approval through Vendavo
  • Update end-user reports
  • Organize prototype stocks
  • Organize and create promotional brochures
  • Organize customer seminars, webinars and internal meetings
  • Compile and share success stories
  • Sharepoint and CRM management

Marketing Support
  • Work with Marketing Managers to develop and maintain e-newsletter, analysis the impact and implement improvements to increase click rate.
  • Organize trade events (e.g. exhibitions), including booth design and build.
  • Track market trends publication and share with the team
  • In conjunction with the commercial and marketing team, develop sales tools brochures and adverts.

KNOWLEDGE, TECHNICAL/PROFESSIONAL SKILLS: a. Possess GCE “A” Level qualification or Diploma b. Proficient in written and oral English. c. Knowledge of E-blast, CRM, webinar systems is essential. d. Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, including Pivot Table, Vlookup and other functions. e. Use of social media for promotion is an added advantage f. Experience in graphic design would be an added advantage
