Job Description

As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you will be tasked but not limited to:-

1. Understand the company structure, brand and work environment in the IT Sector- Brief on responsibilities and expectations of a business development- Brief on company's service standards and etiquette- Brief on products and services.

2. Be involved in company direction planning and decision makings. You will be tasked to expand new market and source for strategy partners to provide a holistic solution to SME.

3. Involve in leads funnelling process, planning, strategising and execution.

4. Conduct negotiation of sales agreements, develop measures to enhance client retention and loyalty, communicate clients feedback and market sentiments to internal stakeholders to enhance products and services.

5. Drive Online and/or Offline Marketing Campaigns - Generate design concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns and communication materials by selecting suitable offline, traditional or digital platforms, as well as plan contents and activities in support of marketing campaigns.

6. Strategy/Channel Partner Outreach - Market study and establish relationship with strategy partner in marketing and providing holistic solution to customer.

7. Enterprise Solution - Train to gather enterprise level pain points and workflow. Provide and able to propose feasible solution. Coordinate internal departments and external resources to deliver technical scoping, framework architecture, database diagram, software requirement specification, pricing and timeline plan out.
