Manage incoming sales calls, follow-ups, and ensure no lead is left behind.
Office & Administrative Support
Support internal sales teams with invoicing, data entry, and SOA preparation.
Maintain office organization, including ordering supplies, filing, and handling mail and phone calls.
Assist in order processing, collaborating with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely fulfillment and resolve delivery issues.
Ad-Hoc Responsibilities
Take on additional tasks as required to support the sales and operations team.
