Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing and scanning of paper documents,preparation of policy documents, sorting of gov claims documents.
Maintaining availability of office supplies and liaising with other department when matters arise.
Support Sales team execute and manage orderprocessing transactions accurately, arrange shipment, handle shipment insurance and custmor feedback etc.
Handle any other ad-hoc duties as when required.
Requirements
Min. Pre-U/A level/College,Professional Certificate or Diploma.
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications. (Word, Excel)
