Key Responsibilities
Agent Acquisition & Onboarding
Identify, engage, and onboard qualified real estate agents to our platform
Present value propositions and service offerings tailored to agent needs
Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure smooth integration into our ecosystem
Sales Enablement & Performance Growth
Support agents in achieving sales targets through training, tools, and marketing support
Monitor agent performance and provide actionable feedback and coaching
Collaborate with marketing to develop agent-centric campaigns and lead generation strategies
Business Development & Strategic Partnerships
Explore new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach
Attend industry events, networking sessions, and property expos to build brand visibility
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable with digital tools
Eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute to team goals
