Identify and establish strategic partnerships with event planners, venues, and corporate organizations to expand Amici's market presence.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design attractive promotions and sales campaigns.
Represent Amici at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.

Sales Administration & Reporting
Oversee accurate documentation of client bookings, quotations, and contracts.
Monitor and track sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and revenue projections.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and business performance updates to management.

Budget Management
Assist in developing annual sales budgets and monitor departmental expenditures.
Ensure sales activities are aligned with financial targets and cost-efficiency goals.

Coordination & Collaboration
Work closely with the operations, culinary, and logistics teams to ensure smooth event execution in line with client expectations.
Provide feedback and insights to improve service offerings and menu designs based on market and client demands.

Compliance & Data Management

Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
