Sales and Customer Service Manager
to join our growing team.Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in atuition or enrichment centre setting in Singapore
Good track record insales conversion
andcustomer relationship management
Able tocommunicate confidently and clearly in English
, both written and spoken Comfortable speaking with parents, following up consistently, and presenting programme value Self-driven, target-oriented, and organised in handling CRM updates and sales pipelines Familiar with basic administrative and operations workflows in an education environment Able to workon Saturdays
and follow aretail-based schedule
