Roles & Responsibilities Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Support the Vice President Commercial in the day-to-day administration
• Support the Global Sales Offices (GSOs), Global Sales Agents (GSAs) and Corporate Marketing Team in day-to-day management and administration
• Manage all telephone reservations, queries and issues in a professional and timely manner
• Produce sales and market statistics for the Sales Team from various reports such as Hotel IQ, Salesforce, Hotelligence etc.
• Collate sales monthly reports from GSOs, GSAs and Hotel Sales
• Coordinate and liaise with GSOs and GSAs expense submission with Accounts Department
• Assist the GSOs and GSAs in the production of Sales presentations, fact sheets, distribution of EDMs and sales promotions, client giveaways
• Assist the Corporate Marketing Team with reporting, invoice handling, marketing collateral support
• Assist in compiling research and feedback on changing market travel trends, statistics, new business source, competition
• Update SalesForce System if required
• Assist with ad-hoc Sales & Marketing projects

• Diploma holder or equivalent qualifications
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (in particular Excel and Power Point)
• Comfortable working with systems, knowledge of SalesForce will be an advantage
• Possess excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficently in a fast-paced environment
