Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns (digital, print, and event-based). Support the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials. Manage and update customer databases, CRM systems, and marketing contact lists. Coordinate logistics for promotional events, trade shows, and product launches. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitor activities. Draft and schedule content for social media, newsletters, and marketing communications. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information on products and services. Monitor sales and marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness. Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, and maintaining marketing inventory.

Qualifications:

Education:

Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva) is an asset
