Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Associate will be responsible for assisting the sales and marketing team in executing marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires a combination of creative thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and advertising.

- Manage the company\'s social media channels, creating and curating content that engages our target audience and builds brand awareness.

- Conduct market research and identify potential sales opportunities.

- Assist in the creation of sales collateral, such as presentations, proposals, and case studies.

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

- Analyze campaign data and make recommendations for future campaigns.

- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to achieve revenue and lead generation targets.

Requirements:

- Diploma in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.

- at least 2 years of experience in a sales and marketing role.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
