Job Description

My client is an ice cream manufacturer based in Singapore, dedicated to crafting high-quality frozen desserts. They are looking for an experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to lead their efforts in expanding market presence and drive business growth through innovative strategies within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Marketing Leadership: Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and brand objectives.
• Business Growth: Develop and put into action comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive growth across various channels, including wholesale, retail, and HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering).
• Brand Management: Oversee both in-house and client branding efforts to enhance brand visibility and recognition.
• Market Expansion: Identify and explore new market opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to expand the company\'s reach.
• Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Management or related field
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
• Solid record of successful sales and marketing experience, ideally within the F&B industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
• Experience in effectively utilizing multiple sales channels, including wholesale, retail, and HORECA, to drive business growth.
