Education & Experience requirement
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
At least 5 years' experience in technical sales, marketing, or engineering roles

Strong ability to motivate, coach and develop team members
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
