The Role

We're looking for a

dynamic, client-focused Sales & Marketing Executive

to join our growing team. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and relationships--designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and loves helping clients unlock real financial security.

You'll be the face of the company--spearheading business development, deepening client engagement, and executing smart marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth.

What You'll Do

Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality leads in both B2B and B2C segments. Develop personalized financial and insurance solutions for clients through consultative selling. Host presentations, webinars, and in-person client meetings to educate prospects on financial planning and risk management tools. Collaborate with the marketing team to launch targeted campaigns that generate new opportunities. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client engagements. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and positioning. Achieve (and exceed!) sales targets while building long-term client relationships based on trust and results.
