Sales & Marketing Intern
to join our team and gain hands-on experience in both sales and marketing in a growing creative business.
What You'll Do
Sales & Customer Relations
Respond to customer enquiries via email, WhatsApp, and social media.
Guide clients through our packages and help them find the best fit for their needs
Assist with sales follow-ups and client bookings
Maintain excellent customer service and uphold our studio's warm, professional tone
Marketing & Creative
Design simple marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and digital ads
Assist in managing social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) with regards to sales promotions
Update website content (e.g., photos, packages, blog posts)
Support marketing campaigns, collaborations, and studio events
Research market trends and assist in content ideation
Do business development work by sending out cold emails to businesses for collaboration
Who You Are
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related fields
Passionate about photography, family, and creative storytelling
Strong communication and writing skills (English proficiency required)
Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)
Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing
Proactive, organised, and eager to learn
Bonus: Knowledge of photography, website editing (Shopify)
