Sales and Marketing ManagerLocation: Makati City (hybrid)Job Type: Permanent, Full-TimeSalary: Up to Php150,000, dependent on experienceA Global Chemical Manufacturing and Distribution Company is currently looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for ensuring achievement of annual sales targets of the department.Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Drive new business development within the Consumer Goods industry
- Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to the sales team
- Perform inventory and collections management
- Prepare market analysis and budgeting
- Maintain excellent customer relationship with key accounts.
- At least 10 years experience in Sales and/or Marketing in a B2B Environment
- At least 5 years People Management experience
- Must have an excellent network within the Food Manufacturing, Food Ingredients or Personal Care Indusrtues
- Degree in Engineering, Chemistry of any Science-related course
- Must have excellent English communication skills.

- Monday to Friday
- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Sales and Marketing: 10 years (Preferred)
- People Management: 5 years (Preferred)
- Chemical Sales: 5 years (Preferred)
