About the Role

We are seeking a confident and result-oriented

Sales & Marketing Manager

to lead high-value client engagement and marketing initiatives for our luxury real estate investment projects across Asia and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell premium resort residences and branded real estate projects. Build and maintain relationships with investors, HNIs, and corporate clients. Plan and execute marketing campaigns and sales strategies to generate leads. Conduct presentations, client meetings, and investor consultations. Participate in property expos, international events, and brand activations. Track and report sales performance using CRM tools.

Ideal Candidate

Confident, articulate, and presentable professional with excellent communication skills. Prior experience in

sales, marketing, real estate, or hospitality

is preferred. Strong negotiation and client engagement skills. Proactive, ambitious, and motivated by performance-based earnings. Comfortable dealing with premium clientele and managing global exposure.
