. To be responsible for the planning and implementation of our new product's launching activities . To build and strengthen the relationships with buyers, retails personnel and relevant parties to ensure smooth operations of business. . To promote and market the products to the local buyers, to market new products from overseas to local market. . The role requires him to meet clients and maintain the records and create a company data base to be referred by all. . To be ready to travel overseas to discuss with clients on competitive prices and sign the deals, should possess local market knowledge in logistics and always be competitive. . Should constantly update the prices in overseas especially in India. . To lead, supervise and manage our merchandising team to ensure the effectiveness of works . Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company . Anticipating key account changes and improvements . Managing communications between key clients and internal teams. . To resolve any inquiries/issues/complaints arising from our merchandisers . Drive Import Sales as per the plan laid down by the Management on both liner/ Freight forwarding basis. . Working with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments to ensure the highest quality of services are delivered.
