Job Description
We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to support in retail matters. This candidate will be reporting to the GENERAL MANAGER - CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
- Working Location: Bugis Flagship Store
- Working Hours: 5 days (Between Mondays to Sundays, 11.05 AM - 9.30 PM)
- Salary: Up to $3K
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive extended warranty sales
- Creating extended warranty promotions
- Working with store managers on their targets
- Tracking of extended warranty sales
- Derive action plan for improvement
- Training of retail staff to sell an extended warranty
- Main contact point for extended warranty matters
- Diploma or Degree in business, marketing or a related field
- Proven experience sales and marketing, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to understand and meet customer requirements
- Ability to manage customer expectations and build customer relationships
