The Marketing and Communications department focuses on the firm\xe2\x80\x99s go-to-market strategies around client issues in key targeted segments to drive revenue growth. We work across all lines of service and industries to act as the voice of the client through the use of insights and analytics. We support our internal clients in deepening relationships and building trust with new clients in the marketplace.

As a Sales and Marketing Operations Manager, you are responsible for smooth functioning and consistent optimisation of the marketing function. You will be driving digital transformation, consistent working practices, and strengthening cross-functional relationships. You will be responsible for the Marketing processes, drive operations strategy framework across clients and Markets team.

The role sits within the Marketing & Communications team and reports to the Clients and Markets Leader (comprising Marketing and Communications and Business Development). It is crucial that you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced and performance-based culture to be successful within our firm.

How will you value-add?

Work closely with cross-functions across Marketing and Business development to develop short-term and long-term go to market strategy to achieve business objectives, market growth. (Firm Priority Account Clients);

Identify opportunities and continuously improve business processes to streamline core operations\xe2\x80\x99 service delivery, Marketing processes with efficiencies in work processes and innovative workflow;

Lead the Marketing budget management, forecasting and reporting;

Define and implement operations strategy framework across OneMarkets

Collaborate with business and development team to ensure proper process and management of marketing campaigns that generate ROI

Oversee the operational function of Sales and Marketing Operations Team

Oversee procurement activities, enforce OneMarkets policies and procedures

Oversee Inventory management/ procurement

Make appropriate decision to resolve operational problems quickly and effectively

Working environment, instil strong teamwork and communication across operations team, create efficient and pleasant working environment

Coaching and working alongside with team leads to operationalise workflow

About you

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in marketing and communication

At least 7-8 years in marketing operations or similar operation role, of which the majority of the experience is in B2B, preferably in professional services

Minimum 4 years leading high performing teams toward achieving collective outcomes and deliverables, effectively managing change

Experience with targeted account-based marketing and/or client relationship management

Must be able to lead strategic conversations with diverse teams of people

Agile and resourceful in seeking information in a highly matrixed environment, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources and delivering timely results in complex situations

Intellectually curious and a strategic problem solver with strong work ethic and proven ability to consistently make sound judgments

Enthusiastic about clients and markets, staying up-to-date on landscape changes and latest trends, understanding needs and challenges, and turning them into impactful marketing strategies and activations

Broad understanding of Marketing disciplines ranging from advertising, digital marketing, events management, marketing automation, and data analytics

Confident communicator with exceptional attention to detail and ability to knit together disparate sources of information into a strong strategic narrative

Strong collaborator and mentor with the ability to bring out the best in talent and effectively motivate and manage teams

Proficiency in salesforce is an advantage

Fluent in professional English
