Additionally , you will be playing a key role of developing and coach new trainee to build your team. Sales Management : 1) Identify and Implement Strategies to hit KPI and Generate more Sales. 2) Conducts Sales presentation and Close deals with Potential Clients. Traveling Opportunity : 1) Overseas Exposure & Networking. 2) Representation our Company to give Guidance and training to overseas Team. Team Building : 1) Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a positive and high-performance culture. 2) Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching and training to team members.
