The Business Development Executive (Airlines) is responsible for driving sales, expanding market share, and building strategic partnerships for the airline or its General Sales Agent (GSA). The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing corporate and agency accounts, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Promote the airline's products and services to travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients.
Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, and pricing strategies to stay competitive.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities including charter sales, group travel, and corporate tie-ups.
2. Account Management
Maintain and grow relationships with key travel trade partners and corporate clients.
Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and training for agents.
Negotiate commercial agreements and incentive programs with partners.
3. Marketing & Promotion
Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional events, and joint activities with trade partners.
Represent the airline at travel fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
Support brand visibility and awareness in the assigned region.
4. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
Analyze market data, sales results, and route performance to identify improvement areas.
Provide feedback to management on product performance and customer needs.
5. Coordination & Compliance
Liaise with airline headquarters or GSA offices for pricing, operations, and product updates.
Ensure all activities comply with airline policies and local aviation/travel regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, or a related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in airline, travel agency, or GSA business development or sales.
Strong understanding of airline distribution channels (BSP, GDS, OTA, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
Willingness to travel domestically and regionally.
