Job Description
Manage daily operations of education center
Liaising with tutors, parents and students
Counter sales of tuition packages
Coordinating marketing and sales activities at branch
Communicating with parents on the new tuition schedules for every start of the semesters or academic year
Managing customer enquires and complaints
Administer daily and monthly reports
Periodic preparation for new academic year as well as semesters
Must be energetic and have a business mindset
