Looking for like minded individuals to support and drive meaningful change in a traditional industry.

Support the team in the order fulfilment process, from receiving orders to ensuring that the orders are delivered to our customers Handle products enquiries Enter sales orders into order management system Print out pack lists and ensure that orders are prepared on time Prepare invoices and print out report for delivery team Handle post order fulfilment administrative tasks Work closely with the director to drive digitalisation and change in the company Other ad-hoc duties and projects

Requirements

Degree or diploma. No prior work experience required. Training will be provided Attention to details and precise in work Able to read and write English and Mandarin Good attitude and customer oriented Good to have: problem solver, inquisitive, proactive 5.5 days work week: Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm, Saturday 8am - 12pm (timing can be flexible)
Work location: Pasir Panjang Wholesale Centre (6 minute walk from Haw Par Villa MRT)
