This is your chance to be part of our growing team! Hiraya Wellness Resort and Ecopark is looking for a Sales and Reservations Officer.Our office is located at Romulo Highway, Ninoy, Aguilar, Pangsinan.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and set a welcoming atmosphere.
• Making room reservations for guests based on their preferences.
• Checking the availability of accommodations on the guest's desired stay dates.

• Help plan guest itineraries by suggesting activity schedules.

• Processing payments and sending confirmation details to the guests.
• Sorting out any issues that may arise with guest reservations.
• Answering guests' queries about the reservation process.

• Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages, or room upgrades.
• Act as an in-house events coordinator: Identify the client's requirements and expectations for each event, Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order, oversee all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes, and conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client's standards.

• Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation and making sure that guests' booking information is always updated.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree holder in HRM, Hospitality Management, Travel Management or Tourism Management.
• Experience working in sales, reservation, and an account officer, preferably in the hospitality or travel industries.
• Customer-service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Computer literate.
• Amenable to work in shifting schedule.

Please note that if ever you are chosen for the role, you will be under trainee for 3 months.Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 3 monthsSalary: Php9,000.00 - Php10,500.00 per monthBenefits:

• Lingayen, Pangasinan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

• Sales and Reservation: 1 year (Required)
