A Sales and Service Support Associate provides essential administrative, logistical, and customer-facing support to the sales team by processing orders, managing customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining product information, and assisting with sales tasks to ensure efficient operations and maintain positive customer relationships. Key responsibilities include handling sales-related documents, providing product information, resolving customer issues, and performing general administrative duties to support the sales process.
