Job Description

Willing to work in Tuas. . Sales and Application Management to render support to dealers, consultants, customers, and any stakeholders in handling inquiries, clarify and understand the required application, and any other sales-related issues for regional markets. Plan and spec in brand and products for new markets and stakeholders.Plan and Spec-In . To identify customer's needs and enhance the company's chances of securing orders via technical understanding . Conduct company and product presentation for owners & consultants . To spec in our brand and product into consultant and owner's vendor list. . To educate potential customers on the technical application and standard product line up.Application Activity . To conduct system training for both internal staffs and external stakeholders for a better understanding of our products . To work with Engineering, Production, QA as well as vendors to handle special inquiries, provide both technical and commercial proposals for special projects. . To ensure that the information and solution of engineering design requests are well thought. . To provide accurate pricing and cost, provide the solution in the most cost-effective way.Sales activity . Meet with customers and dealers to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of our company's relationship with them. . Handle assigned regional markets from superior. . Weekly & monthly reporting to management on sales & marketing activities and action plans . To close every possible deal and sales through dealer and/or direct. . Prepare quotations for direct handling projects.Business Development . To Identify and engage new customers and consultants, be able to enter new segments such as Data Center, Mining and etc. . Develop and maintain knowledge of consumers, competitors, and market trends. . Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and standards through attending events and seminars, attending individual and group training programs, and reading industry publications and newsletters. . Communicates the information acquires to superiors for the purpose of maximizing sales opportunities, keeping the department and the business at par with the latest trends and best practices, giving the business a competitive edge, and solidifying its position as a market leader. . And any other ad hoc task request from superior.Requirements . Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or any equivalent Engineering . Experience on handing distributor, key accounts & customers . 3 years of related genset sales experience preferred . Technical presentation skills . Excel; Pivot Table and Advanced Formulas & Analytics . Advanced database research skills to analyze data . Negotiating and influencing skills . Able to work on any ad-hoc task . Willing to travel and within short notice . Able to multi-task, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
