Main Duties:
Manage Sales operation of retail outlet
Provide strong leadership
Review operation chain and procedures and identify any lapse for improvement to the Directors
Review sales operation SOP and compliance to make necessary recommendation
Liaise with supply chain team to ensure smooth operation for the outlets
Handle complains with care
Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management
Requirements:
Willing to work on shift and weekends
* Minimum 3 years retail operations experience
