Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Responsible for Sales & Business Development including new account development
Meeting planned sales goals.
Achieve daily targeted number of sales calls with effective strategies and solutions
Meet minimum sales gross margin and monitor invoicing and receivables
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Require working beyond office hours, weekends/public holidays as and when is required by the Management
Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
The ongoing training of your salespeople.
Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
Promoting the organization and products.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Relationship building with new and existing customers.
Provide business development and strategic insight into specific market segments designated by upper management.
Requirements and skills
Engineering / any Degree with relevant experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels in the organization and proven ability to build strong professional relationships.
Highly organized and able to multi-task
Proven experience in creating and executing detailed partner marketing plans.
Systematic approach to sharing knowledge and best practices across multiple teams.
Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate to get the best results possible.
