Responsibilities



Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth across retail and corporate channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, retail partners, and distributors. Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to expand customer base. Plan and execute promotional campaigns and seasonal sales activities. Train and motivate sales teams to deliver excellent customer service and achieve KPIs. Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure smooth sales operations. Conduct market research to understand competitor movements and emerging trends.

Requirements



1 - 3 years of sales or business development experience

, Proven track record in meeting sales targets and managing client accounts. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Knowledge of Singapore retail and corporate gifting markets is an advantage. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
