We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and tech-savvy
Retail Sales Associate
to join our team!You will be responsible for selling
mobile accessories
,SIM cards
, and providing excellent customer service at our retail outlet.Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist with product selection Promote and sell SIM cards and mobile accessories (chargers, cases, earphones, etc.) Provide product demonstrations and explain usage features Assist with SIM card activation and registration Maintain product displays and inventory stock levels Process transactions via POS system accurately Keep the store tidy and organized at all times Support marketing campaigns and promotions (e.g., bundle deals, limited-time offers)
Requirements
Prior retail or telco sales experience preferred (not mandatory) Good communication and interpersonal skills Customer-oriented and positive attitude Basic knowledge of mobile devices and accessories Able to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays * Team player with initiative and responsibility
