Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of smart home products, including their features, benefits, and installation processes.

• Assist customers in making informed decisions by understanding their needs and recommending suitable smart home solutions.

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.

• Maintain the sales floor by ensuring merchandise is stocked and presented attractively.

• Assist with inventory control, including receiving and managing stock levels.

• Stay current with industry trends, new product releases, and updates in smart home technology.

• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries or issues in a timely manner.

• Assist in organizing and executing in-store promotions, demonstrations, and events to attract potential customers.

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall performance of the store.
  

Qualifications:

• Academic level is not important. Must possess positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Prior retail sales experience, preferably in electronics or smart home technology.

• Strong understanding of smart home products and varies ecosystem.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to explain technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.

• Enthusiastic and willing to continuously learn about new products and features.

• Basic computer skills and must be able to communicate in English.

• Flexibility to work during peak hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• A passion for tech and the ability to engage with tech-minded customers.
